We will issue a 100% merchandise refund if the unit is returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase. If the unit is returned in new condition outside this 30 day window, There will be 10% restocking fee assessed based on the invoice cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable under either of the above circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for discontinued products more than one (1) year past the date of purchase.
